AUCTION BROKERAGE

Working with an auction house may be unfamiliar to you and even intimidating. At Tresor we guide you and your treasured items through the auction process. Trésor has affiliations with several small and large regional auction houses. We will take your treasured items and identify the auction house best suited to your needs. Whether it is a general or specialty auction, antique or automobile, proper placement of your items allows for superior results. We will do all the work and you will enjoy the rewards.

PERSONAL PROPERTY APPRAISAL

Trésor Estate Sales will appraise one item or the entire contents of the home.  We conduct valuations for the purpose of probate, divorce/marriage dissolution and equitable distribution.  We also work with ASA accredited appraisal experts who can conduct appraisals for insurance (policy or damage) purposes, probate and charitable tax donation/gifting.  Please ask your attorney if an accredited appraisal expert is required for your situation.
